I completely agree with Joshua H. my roommates and I were driving back to Houston from NOLA and we were all in desperate need of some Starbucks love. Now I've worked for Starbucks for 2 years in the past so I am very particular with everything when I walk in to a Starbucks. This place was super clean, the pastries were organized perfectly, they have an oven at this location which means super yum breakfast sandwich for me, the bathroom was stocked and super clean, and all of our drinks came out as ordered and in no time at all. What really sends this Starbucks over the edge, are the partners [employees]. The people on staff were SO nice, they were ready at a moment's notice to take my order, but also patiently waited for my friends to take their time deciding, and were incredibly personable. Even though we had to get back on the road we wanted to stay and talk with the partners because they were so fun!

Store is dirty. All three trash cans are full and no one is bothering to change out the trash. My frappuccino is very milky. It's suppose to have shots in it and I noticed the barista filled to the second line which is incorrect considering I've been drinking the same frappuccino for years. Proper training is needed for these baristas on making proper drinks. There were 5 baristas on the floor at once and I just don't understand how the store can be this dirty. Very disappointed. The baristas were nice tho. That wasn't the problem...it was cleanliness and quality of the beverage that earned this Starbucks two stars.

Friendly but slow staff. They had a huge line in the drive thru so we went in expecting to get served in a timely manner. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it took forever. I recommend a venti 2 pump white chocolate mocha with no whipped cream. If I was in the area I would come back.

It's a Starbucks, they can't really messed this up since there's a formula they follow. That being said, it was a well made latte & I was happy. That's one thing I do appreciate about Starbucks ; that I can go anywhere in the world & know I'll get a decent coffee.

NO ONE can do coffee like the folks who staff the Starbucks in CA...but these fools were beyond "special needs." I remember when you have to be really cool in attitude and dress to work at SB and now...damn..why did I stop? My venti iced coffee sat by the drive thru window for about 5-6 minutes before the girl noticed that "Oh crap, this is supposed to go to the pissed off lady standing out the counter." Damn...why did I stop or even better, why did I expect anything more than what I got?

Was nearly empty when we stopped in. I guess they dont get too much traffic in this area, or maybe it was just the time of day. The barristas were nice and the gal even offered us a sample of some of their treats which was nice of her.

I cannot explain how disappointing this place is. I only come to this location when I have to, but after three straight trips of terrible experiences, I would rather go without than return. With only four people (combined drivethru and inside) at the store, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a drink that isn't even crafted properly.

This place was a great road trip surprise. It's at the same exit east of Baton Rouge as some huge water park... So I was anticipating a huge mess of annoyingness! However... the place was very clean, very friendly, very fast and made the perfect drink. Well done highway exit Starbucks. Well done!
